It looked fantastic, and tasted amazing! Even the southerners at the party loved it. That really is, a great recipe for Red velvet cake, just like you said. Ray was so happy, and so amazed by it all, surprised to see that it was a red velvet cake.

The cake was a HUGE success! From the moment everybody walked through the door, all they talked about was the cake (which as displayed by the buffet tabel). The ladies were saying that they have never seen such a unique and cool shower cake before. Jessica was happiest of all. She loved how it matched her theme of her wedding. They served the cake half way into her opening her gifts and it was so funny because the guests all stopped paying attention to the gifts and started talking about how delicious the cake was.
As soon as Jessica finished with her gifts, she made a bee-line to her
slice. Everybody loved the raspberry mousse filling and some even asked if
here was extra cake left over! Thanks again for making someone's event one
to remember!

The cake was absolutely delicious and everyone loved it. They took pictures of it and said they had never seen anything like it. My husband and his cousin were surprised by the party but the cake was a real show stopper. Thank you so much!
